How to make a simple cheese tart

Hi peeps...
Today, am sharing the easy-to-do cheese tart, which can consider as best ever recipe I had tried -- so far.
I start with the shell first. Happy baking.

Tart Shell

Ingredient:-
170g butter
60g icing sugar
1 pc egg
Wheat flour
Tart mould

Firstly, beat the butter and icing sugar, I use wooden ladle. Then add the egg and beat the mixture until fluffy.
Add the floor, mix till it become a dough (texture: not so soft but not too hard, just nice). Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or one night is better.

Baking instruction - make a small ball (diameter 2cm) press in the mould, trim the excessive dough. Poke the dough (which has been nicely 'seated' in the mould--this is to reduce the air in the dough). Bake for 15 minutes at 160c (depending on your oven). If still not cook just add one more minutes. Remove the baking tray a.k.a the mould from oven, turn the mould up side down, the shell will come out easily. Let it cool.

Cheese filling

250g cream cheese
60g icing sugar
1 pcs egg
Blueberry/ Strawberry jam/Chocolate cream (optional - filling)
Coloring (mix with a spoon of cream cheese mixture) (optional - deco)

Beat cream cheese and icing sugar, add egg and mix well. Pipe the mixture into the shell (pipe the filling first) and for decoration, using tooth pick draw a few line on the cheese mixture. Bake for another 5 to 6 minutes. Let it cool.

Walla...now you can have a special cheese tart -- a homemade cheese tart.
