Authentic Food

It’s a yummy food but the ingredients is hard to find.  From my mum's recipe ~ she will put in tapioca leaf, pumpkin leaf, lemongrass, turmeric leaf, daun mangun@bangun-bangun, daun lidah kerbau and daun lampin budak (these few leaf make it authentic).
Shred all the leaf, cooked with chilies, coconut milk, turmeric (fresh turmeric if possible ya), anchovies and the main ingredient – tempoyak (fermented durian).  Cook till dry, serve with rice and fried fish. Hmm…nice.
